🖥️ Digital Products (Instant Downloads)

• All digital product sales are final since the files are delivered instantly. Once purchased, I can’t cancel or refund digital downloads—but if you have any issues with your files, I’m happy to help! Just reach out at jaye [at] sparklinganddark [dot] com.

📦 Print-on-Demand (Physical Products)

• Cancellations are only possible within 1 hour of placing an order. Since all items are made-to-order, production begins quickly, and I may not be able to stop it once it starts.
• If you need to cancel an order, email me at jaye [at] sparklinganddark [dot] com ASAP with "Order Cancellation Request - [Your Order Number]" in the subject line. If production has not started, I’ll process the cancellation.
• If production has already begun, I won’t be able to cancel the order, but you can still contact me if there’s an issue with your item!

❗ Exceptions

• If an order is delayed due to a fulfillment error, I will work with Printify to resolve it.
• If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, check out my Return & Refund Policy for next steps.
